Why is it cool?

As an author here you can create your writing project according to your requirements. For your writing project, we devise a project plan for you, which will allow you to spend more time on research and writing rather than on administrative tasks. By keeping things organized and structured, we help you to stay on track and make steady progress. If you prefer a lean approach without using our project plan, you can simply turn on “Automatic Session Recording” and Mentafy will silently do its work in the background.

  • First thing you see is specific writing project templates tailored to various writing projects; either suggestions from Mentafy and/or templates provided by your organization, ensuring consistency and ease of use.

  • The template of your choice may come with a pre-formatted paper document or you already have one available? If not, you can also just have us create an empty document for you to fill with your ideas.

  • Name your project and the main document, which contains your academic work.

  • Do you already know the deadline for your writing project? Mentafy helps you to organize your work and therefore please give us the deadline for your submission, so we can help you accordingly.

  • The “Automatic Session Recording” advanced option in Mentafy functions by automatically starting a recording session when it detects writing activity or changes within the project folder (e.g. in OneDrive). It logs user interactions with documents and project files in the background, ensuring a comprehensive record of all modifications and activities without requiring you to actively do anything.

You can simply complete the form step-by-step and enter all your project details, set deadlines, etc.

  • Example: If you’re working on a biology paper, you can select a template, whose descriptions fit best to the requirements of your writing project, or the one recommended by your teacher.
  • Tips: For a speedy setup, try the “QuickStart” option here. If you want more control over the details, go with “Create New” for a more personalized experience.
