Activity Stream

Why is it useful?

We save you the bother of manual record-keeping! In the activity stream, you see, what your personal minute taker is noting for you and will be summarized in your writing journal, i.e. the final report, respectively. Thereby you can show off your personal contributions to any examinar later.

The Activity Stream automatically tracks all the work you are doing, which will eventually be documented in your final report (including writing journal and document analysis).

  • It includes:

      1. Source alerts

      2. Files uploaded

      3. Notes taken (including audio or photo notes and file comments)

  • Usability

    • The Activity Stream can be found on the right box of the workspace page. You can see all your activities in chronological order and can filter the content for any category, in order to quickly find the entry you need.

      • For any research item you add (articles, photos, etc.) you can leave a comment to enrich your writing journal

      • All source alerts do appear in your activity stream, so you can review and resolve them here

    • Note: If you check out the details of a daily summary, they will simply be the activity stream of a particular day.

  • Technical

    • Mentafy’s recordings from your work, are captured in real-time (for technical reasons at times it may take a couple of seconds till it shows up).

      • Tip: You can speed up the process by refreshing the screen.
